- Supervising the course of processes and assessing their effectiveness.
- Training to raise the qualifications and awareness of the staff.
- Building an organizational culture based on a quality management culture.
- Compliance with environmental protection and health and safety requirements.

The main goal of the Fer-Stal company is to achieve the position of the most reliable and competent service provider on the domestic and foreign market in the field of:
- Machining of metal products
- Sale of ironworks products
Meeting the expectations of customers, PPH Fer-Stal strives to achieve the planned goal by:
- Ongoing analysis of the needs and expectations of customers, and the constant development of the company leading to their full implementation.
- Timely, safe and in accordance with the requirements of legal regulations and agreed conditions to meet the needs and expectations of customers
- Ensuring efficient and professional customer service, thanks to qualified and competent personnel
- Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the Quality Management System in the company according to the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard,
- Supervising environmental aspects through proper waste management and reducing media consumption.
- Raising the qualifications of employees and providing them with appropriate equipment of workstations, as well as continuous improvement of the health and safety at work.
The presented Quality Policy and its goals will be constantly updated and are known to all employees of the Company.
The technical means and equipment owned by the Company, experienced, qualified, competent and responsible employees as well as the commitment of the owner and management of the Company and all employees guarantee the implementation of the adopted Quality Policy.
The owner of the company and all its employees are obliged to implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System, and to take actions to ensure the quality of our products / services at the level set by customers.
